CURRENT CHOICES
Currently, if you wanted to go out of your way to service a valued customer by having their wheels repaired rather than replaced, you would first be required to pay someone to remove the wheels needing repair. You would then need to remove the tires in order to exchange or ship the wheels somewhere. Even if exchanged, the tires still need to be removed and replaced. Once the tires are mounted, the exchanged wheels must be rebalanced and then reinstalled on the car.

You might even be required to send the wheels out and store the vehicle for a few days on jack stands, while the repairs are done. Even then, when the wheels are returned, you need to pay someone to mount the tires, balance the wheels and put them back on the car. We will provide you with promotional material, which can be placed in an area where your customers will easily see it. The material is introductory in nature and briefly explains what we do. This material consists of an attractive color display and an informative flyer, which can be given out to customers. There are two types of material. Depending on what YOU want to do, we can modify the material to suit your needs.

TYPE ONE – REFERRAL TO US

These promotional materials inform the customer that their wheels can be repaired at any location convenient to them. They prompt the customer to your service representative, who then contacts us with the customer information. This initial contact insures your commission for the referral. We take it from there. We make arrangements to do the repairs at a time and location convenient for the customer and we bill them directly. We then send you a copy of our invoice to the customer with your commission check attached. The advantage of this of course is that there is no management responsibilities or paperwork required on your part. All you need to do is make one phone call to us.

TYPE TWO – YOU CONTROL

These promotional materials also prompt the customer to your service representative. However, the material only indicates that the repairs are done AT YOUR LOCATION by appointment. In this type two material, there is no mention of on-site repairs at any location other than your service department. You control the entire transaction. You make the appointment and handle the paperwork. We bill you for our services and you bill your customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In either case, we guarantee our services to you and your customer. We also provide you with a care and maintenance sheet, which informs the customer of the necessary steps that need to be taken to keep their wheels in good shape. That way, we are responsible for customer satisfaction and the customer is responsible for caring for their wheels, once the repairs are complete.
